1 General Provisions

f9999 is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers cricket betting, sports betting, slot games, live casino, and various other gaming services.

f9999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication, and continued use of the platform will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.

In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the English version of these Terms shall be considered final. The Bengali version is provided for the convenience of users.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use any service on f9999. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If any user opens an account by providing a false age, that account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be suspended and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. It is your responsibility to update your information promptly if any changes occur. f9999 may request documents for identity verification at any time.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on f9999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. While no maximum deposit limit is set, f9999 reserves the right to establish one if necessary.

Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Direct bank deposits or bank transfers are not available on our platform — please complete all transactions through the mobile wallets listed above.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. It is mandatory to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on f9999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or, depositing ৳32,000 adds the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, applied to the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. However, the original deposited amount is not subject to the wagering requirement.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be communicated along with the offer.
• f9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, an account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Bonuses from one account cannot be transferred to another account.
• If a user opens multiple accounts with the intent of claiming bonuses, all bonuses will be cancelled.

5 VIP Program

The f9999 VIP Program has a total of 4 tiers. Each tier comes with various benefits, including weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on a user's activity on the platform and is determined at the discretion of f9999. VIP benefits are subject to change and may be modified without prior notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Policy

6.1 Betting Rules

f9999 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All betting decisions are made entirely at the user's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless otherwise stated in the relevant rules.

6.2 Technical Errors

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a system technical error or software issue, f9999 reserves the right to void that result and reconsider the associated bet. Any winnings arising from such a technical error will not be considered valid.

6.3 Fair Play

f9999 is committed to ensuring fair play. Any form of fraud, manipulation, use of bots, or abuse of the system is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f9999 platform:

• Operating an account or placing bets on behalf of a minor.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into the platform's security systems.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other users.

In the event of a violation of these prohibitions, f9999 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.

11.2 Closure by f9999

f9999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Bonus abuse.
• Direction from law enforcement agencies.

12 Limitation of Liability

f9999 is not liable for any loss suffered by a user due to technical errors, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures. f9999 will not bear any liability for circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters or government directives.

Betting and gaming carry financial risk. f9999 is not responsible for any financial loss incurred by a user as a result of playing on the f9999 platform.
