f9999 — Our Story & Identity

Who We Are

f9999 was built with one simple goal — to ensure a safe, transparent, and enjoyable online gaming experience for every player in Bangladesh. We built this platform with the people of this country in mind: in their language, through their payment methods, and with their familiar sports culture at the center.

Our mission is clear — players should never have any doubt. For every deposit, every withdrawal, and every bet, f9999 places honesty and transparency above all else. With SSL encryption and fair play assurance, we make sure your every moment is protected.

Cricket runs in the blood of Bangladesh. Every match the Tigers play sends a thrill through millions of hearts. Honoring exactly that feeling, f9999 offers a complete cricket betting experience. There are also opportunities to bet on football, kabaddi, and many more sports. BPL, T20, IPL — enjoy even more excitement with your favorite tournaments.

Beyond sports, f9999 offers slot games, live casino, crash games, and a wide variety of other entertainment. The best games from world-class developers like PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Spribe are all available on one platform.

At the core of our values is responsibility toward our players. Responsible gaming is not just a policy for us — it is the foundation of everything we do. We believe entertainment should always be enjoyed in a controlled and mindful way. That is why our platform is not open to anyone under 21 years of age.

Our support team is by your side 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — in Bengali and in English. Any issue is resolved instantly through live chat or email. Every member of f9999 is part of our family — that belief is what drives us.
